Perfect bundle for growing kids

My 9 yr old and 4 yr old are enthralled with these books. It's never too early, especially these days in our world, to start talking about topics that have been never properly discussed. I'm so happy it's available for them, wish I had this when I was their age, but now I am thrilled they will have this knowledge growing up.

Continuing the conversation

Adding AKBA White Privilege and Systemic Racism to my library (that also includes Racism, and Belonging) helped me to continue the conversation with my little one. I can provide explanations to the unfairness she sees & probably will experience in her life. I, too learned a lot from these titles on how to frame my thinking about how the world works.

These books are for everyone

I'm so glad I purchased this bundle. While the books are meant for children, they're probably great for adults at the same time. The topics of white privilege and systemic racism aren't easy to talk about, but these books break them down into easy to understand ways. And since there are a ton of people in the world who can't seem to fully wrap their heads around what these things are and how they affect them in their lives, I think everyone should read these books.
